This policy explains what information MONOFORME collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible.

Who we are

MONOFORME is a design house based in Portugal. For any privacy question, contact hello@monoforme.com.

What we collect

Email address, only if you choose to join our early-access list. We store the email, the date, and the IP address it was submitted from, to prevent abuse.
Analytics data, only after you accept cookies. This is handled by Google Analytics 4 and may include pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. It does not identify you by name.

Cookies and consent

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. They are set only after you select Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and only anonymous, aggregated signals are recorded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

How we use it

To send you launch and early-access updates, if you joined the list.
To understand how the site is found and how visitors move through it, so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Analytics data is processed by Google as our analytics provider. We do not share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them or until the early-access programme ends. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings, currently up to 14 months.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@monoforme.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows, in particular when our online store launches. The date above will always reflect the latest version.
